Who sends these messages

Text messages are sent by ROI Logistics (DBA Go AI Labs) and our AI-powered client services assistant, Rob. Messages are sent from dedicated phone numbers owned and operated by ROI Logistics using the Telnyx messaging platform. Each phone number is assigned to a specific client services function within our business.

How you opt in

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ROI Logistics or Go AI Labs through any of the following methods:

• Website forms — submitting your phone number on our contact forms, scheduling pages, or assessment tools (such as the Business Value Score) on roilogistics.ai or goailabs.ai
• Booking pages — providing your phone number when scheduling appointments through our online calendar (Cal.com or GoHighLevel booking links)
• Direct business contact — exchanging phone numbers during in-person meetings, phone calls, or email correspondence where you provide consent to be contacted via text
• Verbal or written consent — explicitly asking our team to text you information, updates, or follow-ups
• Replying to a message — responding to a text message from our numbers constitutes consent to continue the conversation

By providing your phone number through any of these channels, you consent to receive text messages from ROI Logistics and Go AI Labs related to the services you requested or inquired about.

Types of messages

Messages you may receive include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-ups on business inquiries or consultations
• Responses to questions you asked our team or AI assistant
• Business updates related to services you are using
• Client services communications (scheduling, check-ins, status updates)

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. All messages are related to services you have engaged with or inquired about.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Typical usage is 1–10 messages per month depending on active engagements. You will not receive more than 10 messages per day under any circumstances.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to and received from our numbers. ROI Logistics does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP — text STOP to any message from our numbers to immediately unsubscribe
• Reply CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE — these keywords also immediately unsubscribe you
• After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent
• Email us — contact rob@roilogistics.ai with your phone number and request to opt out
• Call us — call 314-627-0722 and request removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting START or YES to any of our numbers.

Data and privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your phone number is stored securely and used only for the communications you consented to
• Message content may be processed by our AI assistant (Rob) to provide relevant responses
• We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties
• Phone numbers of opted-out users are retained only to enforce the opt-out
• You may request complete deletion of your data by contacting rob@roilogistics.ai

Supported carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
