The Business Value Score (BVS) is a free tool provided by ROI Logistics that generates an estimated business value score and valuation range based on information you provide. By using this tool, you agree to the following terms.
The Business Value Score is an educational estimate designed to give business owners a general sense of their business's value and areas for improvement. It is not a formal business appraisal, certified valuation, or broker's opinion of value. The score and valuation range should not be relied upon as a definitive measure of what your business is worth in a transaction.
Nothing provided by the Business Value Score tool constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The results are informational only. Before making any business decisions based on your score or report, you should consult with qualified professionals such as a CPA, business attorney, or certified business appraiser.
The BVS is calculated entirely from self-reported data. The accuracy and usefulness of your score depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. ROI Logistics does not independently verify any data entered into the assessment. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading inputs will produce inaccurate results.
ROI Logistics is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the use of the Business Value Score or any associated reports. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions related to selling a business, seeking financing, making investments, or entering into any transaction. You use this tool at your own risk.
The Business Value Score is provided at no cost. There is no charge to complete the assessment, view your score, or access your report. ROI Logistics reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, but any free functionality you have already used will remain accessible.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Business Value Score tool. By using this tool, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
ROI Logistics reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Business Value Score tool at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to the scoring methodology, available features, report format, or any other aspect of the tool.
The Business Value Score methodology, scoring algorithm, report templates, and all associated content are the intellectual property of ROI Logistics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the tool or its outputs without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from the use of this tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Missouri.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Business Value Score after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
